The sizing of WunderUndies is very subjective. As we target children with sensory needs, sometimes those children prefer tight clothing and sometimes they prefer loose clothing. WunderUndies waistbands are tight. So if your child prefers looser clothing you should definitely size up one or two sizes. Please consult the size chart for the best fit.

That being said, WunderUndies boxer briefs do run a little small in sizes 2T-8. If your child measures perfectly into a size, SIZE UP ONE. If they are between sizes, SIZE UP TWO. If your child measures into size 8, getting a size 10 will work.

Although some parents have had great success using WunderUndies as incentive for potty training, they are NOT specifically made for potty training. WunderUndies are not any more absorbent than normal underwear.

WunderUndies ships every Monday and Friday! So if you place your order over the weekend it will ship out Monday afternoon! If you place your order Monday-Thursday it will ship out Friday afternoon. 

If you really need them faster, that’s an option!! Simply add the RUSH option to your cart which will mean that your order will be sent same day or next day (time of day depending). For a faster shipping method, you can choose that when you check out.

Return policies with underwear are tricky, aren’t they?

If a package is unopened, it can be returned within 30 days. Otherwise, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of the product. You wouldn’t want to buy undies someone else had worn, would you?

WunderUndies should be washed on cold and dried on low. No bleach products. Iron on medium heat. Got stains? Check out the power of blue Dawn.

In addition to bamboo, our undies are also made of 27% organic cotton. Why does that matter? Well, bamboo can be a little finicky about the wash. The combination of bamboo and cotton make for a much more cooperative and easy-to-care-for garment without sacrificing any incredible softness.

Yes! If you spend over $50 on our website you will qualify for free shipping in the continental US. It will be automatically added as an option in your cart but you do have to choose it.

We ship from Monroeville, Pennsylvania which is just outside of Pittsburgh! Shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays unless it’s a holiday.

Our products are designed in Pittsburgh, PA and made in China. We realize that that carries a stigma of cheaply made and horrible labor practices. But we didn’t choose this lightly. Our production partner in China was chosen by me personally. Not only do they have all of the proper certifications but I sent a representative to make sure that everything was operating ethically, on site. She only had excellent things to say. It’s a small factory so there aren’t any huge machines doing the work. It is people. And I assure you that the products are of very high quality. And that’s coming from me, a very picky seamstress.
